Terms of Service
Effective August 6, 2026
By using Mile Supply, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms as the product grows; we'll update the effective date above when we do.
The service
Mile Supply is a free running-gear recommendation service. You answer questions about your running, fit, and preferences, and we generate personalized recommendations with the reasoning behind each one. Mile Supply does not currently sell products, process payments, or handle shipping — recommendations link to the manufacturer or another primary source, not a checkout flow. An account is optional.
Not medical advice
Mile Supply does not diagnose injuries, provide medical advice, or guarantee that any recommendation will prevent injury, improve performance, or fit correctly. Information you share about injuries or physical considerations is used only to inform gear suggestions. Always consult a qualified medical professional for injury, health, or fit concerns.
Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use Mile Supply only for its intended purpose — getting personalized gear recommendations for yourself. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or submit information you don't have the right to share.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Mile Supply is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recommendations will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mile Supply isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any purchase you make based on a recommendation.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. You can stop using Mile Supply, or request deletion of your account and data, at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except as superseded by applicable local law.
